The cost of an hour session for an individual is £50 Couples are £60. I recommend that you have an assessment session so that we can together decide what needs to be worked on. This gives you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable to work with me before booking any further sessions,
If you have never had therapy before I offer a 30 minute complimentary session to help you make your mind up whether it is right for you
Ongoing sessions are £50 for individual counselling and £60 for couples unless you want to save money by choosing to book a certain number of sessions in advance.
You can decide the frequency of these sessions and I am very flexible with timings to suit you and your life/work.
